For all types of institutions, the project can be implemented in a few steps or we can customize it.
1-Presentation of the instructor.
2- Presentation of the work agenda for its implementation on a weekly, monthly, bimonthly, or annual basis.
3- Presentation of the work plan including topics, practices, and applications.
4- Budget required for the project implementation.
5- Decision on the teaching channel and intervals: in-person, online, hybrid, etc.
6- Training plan for directors and leaders of the institutions.
7- Regular meetings on results and statistics.
