There is a great need for mental health in the world, so cultivating well-being is urgently needed. Let's dedicate a few minutes a day to cultivating our well-being. We can change ourselves. Our future depends on our well-being.

Our mindfulness program

There is an entire process with defined steps, techniques, and practices accessible to all to develop a state of emotional and mental well-being. To achieve concrete, real, and compelling results for people, we will work diligently and effectively teach how to achieve genuine well-being, thus completing the Mental and Emotional Well-being program for the people who make up our society.

Institutions that invest in social-emotional health today are building stronger, healthier communities for tomorrow. With the present awareness program, you’re not just addressing mental and behavioral health challenges, you’re creating a culture of resilience and success.

The work plan and emotional well-being project will be developed with experience, professionalism, knowledge, and a humane approach to each of the topics. The project will be implemented taking into account the following components for its activation:

1- Presentation of the work plan with bibliographic and scientific foundations, including specific topics, practices, and applications.

2- Presentation of the work agenda for its implementation on a weekly, monthly, bimonthly, or annual basis.

3- Budget required for the first phase of project implementation.

4- Presentation of the instructor.

5- Implementation of plans and strategies for wellness programs in all sectors (education, business, hospitals, government, justice, military, prisons.

6- Decision on the teaching channel and intervals: in-person, online, hybrid, etc.

7- Training plan for directors and leaders of the institutions.

8- Implementation of the wellness program throughout the country with the previously approved agenda.

9- Regular meetings on results and statistics.
